How Printer handles information when you browse, mint, connect a wallet, or use the holder community.

Information used by Printer

Public Solana wallet addresses, NFT ownership, token balances, mint transactions, and reward receipts are used to show collection information and verify the features you can access. Blockchain records are public.

Connecting a wallet shares its public address. Signing a login message proves control of that wallet. Printer does not request your recovery phrase or private keys. Your wallet handles transaction approval.

If you use a holder profile, we store the wallet links and verification records that support it. Optional information can include your display name, selected artwork, country, birthday month and day, linked X account, Discord name, email address, notification choices, reward preferences, referral information, community posts, votes, reports, and requests you submit. Provide only information you want associated with these features.

Why information is used

We use this information to operate the app, verify holder access, display requested balances and receipts, maintain profiles, process community participation and support requests, deliver requested notifications, prevent abuse, and maintain accurate transaction records. A connected wallet or a submitted request does not itself authorize a payment.

Cookies and device storage

Printer uses session cookies for signed-in community access and security checks. Your browser or the Android app may store theme choices, hidden-author preferences, wallet authorization state, pending mint receipts, and other feature preferences. Clearing app or browser data can remove those local settings. It does not erase public blockchain records.

Hosting and security services process connection information such as IP addresses and request details. Printer uses a keyed hash of the connecting address for certain abuse limits. Service providers may also retain their own security logs.

Visibility and service providers

Community discussions are accessible to verified holders and project moderators. They are sent over HTTPS but are not end-to-end encrypted. Other holders can copy what they read. Public features may display your chosen profile information, artwork, activity, or submissions as described on the relevant screen.

Printer uses Cloudflare for hosting, security, and application storage; Solana network, RPC, indexing, and market-data providers for blockchain information; and an email provider for requested messages. Connecting a wallet or using X, Discord, marketplaces, or other external services also involves those services and their own privacy policies. Information may be processed in countries other than your own.

Your choices and deletion requests

You can disconnect your wallet, remove your own discussion posts, change available profile settings, unlink supported accounts, and turn off optional notifications. To request deletion of your Printer community account and associated off-chain personal information, email listings@printerotc.fun with the subject Printer account deletion. Tell us which public wallet or account you mean. Never send a private key, recovery phrase, password, or identity document by email.

We may ask for a signed wallet message or another appropriate proof that you control the account before acting on the request. We will explain any information that must be retained for transaction records, dispute resolution, security, or legal obligations. Blockchain transactions, NFT ownership history, and copies held by other users or independent services cannot be erased by Printer. Deleting an account does not transfer, burn, or sell your assets.

Retention and changes

Off-chain information is retained while needed for the features you use and the purposes above. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion. This notice will be updated when the service or its information practices change.
